Congrats...yes, congrats !!!

I do not believe that I, nor anyone, can put into a proper construct of words and emotions of what this election means for the state of our glorious God-founded country, the United States of America. First and foremost, congrats to the senator from Illinois. You, Senator Obama ... excuse me, Mr. President will change our country's face in history; Time will only tell what kind of legacy you will leave on our behalf, and it will be OUR behalf. Secondly to all those of you who were gunning for a McCain-Palin presidency, we must believe that God has His best interest, as well as our country's, at heart and through His soveriegn choice, has brought us to this point. I think we may all have seen the historical implications of electing such a culturally-affirming presidential candidate who not only is African American (born an U.S. citizen but heritage panning back to Kenya) but one who is bringing a "culture of change" platform in such a volatile time in American history. We must respect the system by which we have elected to choose our political head as this country now takes steps to the coronation of the presidential-elect Barack Obama. We no longer need to dwell on the issues of unequality and racial tensions; in this country, in this great country of the United States, any one can be anything at any time in our great country.
In closing, I want you to remember one phrase... it may be one phrase that will soon be explicitly singled out and done away with, but it is one we should burn on the walls of our hearts, souls, and minds. "IN GOD WE TRUST". These days to come will surely bring about change, but one thing that does not change is the soveriegn hand of God, who reigns over His creation, even the United States of America. God bless and Godspeed as we journey into the next four years.
